Well... today was exhausting! Running 5 laps around my school court was pretty challenging and adding another 2 full shutter runs was just... just... BRUHHHHH!!!! And after these two exhausting events, we had a game of shot and I was surprised because this game didn't actually make me tired. Come to think of it, this game made me breathe... PROPERLY! It's probably because I'm friends with most of them and in their opinion, friends don't get friends out. But... from my opinion, them getting me out is a okay! But never mind about that. Fitness is fun and I reckon I have lost A LOT of weight! I feel so light and calm now that I've finished my morning fitness. I don't like fitness... I LOVE IT!!!!

The Mr Nancy Show!
Today, my school was visited by some of the Mr Nancy Show cast. It was fun and inspiring. I learnt a lot about enthusiasm and how to make awesome sound affects. We also learnt how to cooperate and work together as a group. At the end of the day, it was worth it. It was fun and it had a lot of comedy in it. I loved today because of them! :)

Click Here For An Awesome Website To Increase Your Reading Skills!
I got introduced to this website by my year 8 teacher, Mr.Tafea. We copied the link on the board and logged in to our accounts. First off, in my opinion I think this website is kinda cool. The bit that's holding me back is my score. But anyways... it's a fun way to learn and I would recommend this website to others like how I am doing it now. So if you want to use this website...

In The Weekend... Or, well, Yesterday!
Yesterday…
Yesterday I went church. Church was aight, it was just that I was hungry the whole way through! But, other than that, I had fun learning about my saviour and going through the struggle getting ready to get there. So... that’s what I’m going to be talking about today.
Well, first I woke up and headed to the kitchen. The sweet smelling aroma of sugared rice hit me as soon as I hit that very room. At that exact same moment it felt as if I reached food heaven. After that I wondered how does my mom always make such delicious breakfast! As I ate the rice prepared for me, I looked up at the time and almost passed out. My church starts at nine and it was 8 o’clock! We were doomed!
After I almost passed out, I squashed the rest of the rice into mouth and chewed it quickly as I headed to my room. As I got there, I grabbed my toothbrush, towel and face cloth and raced into the bathroom. With only 5 minutes of bathroom time to spare, I brushed my teeth, washed my face and dried it with my towel. I got out and ran into my room and looked at the time. I only took 3 minutes in there and for me that was a new world record!
I got dressed and prepared my things. I then headed to my mom to make my hair. (I know, you must be wondering, Wow… Faasua doesn’t know how to make her own hair! I don’t care… it’s just looks and feels way better than the way I make it!) With only 15 minutes of time left, we all said a prayer and headed to the car. We backed out of our driveway and arrived at church with only 2 minutes until it started.
Wow, just thinking back to this tragedy gives me goose bumps. I had fun at church and it was awesome to learn new things about my saviour. And this ends the story of...

In The Weekend...
In The Long Weekend…
(I never understood long weekends until this one came up!)
In the long weekend, I mostly just went out with my family, to places where most of my relatives lived. It was a blazing hot day, even though it was cloudy. So I grabbed an ice block and hopped into the car.
As we drove along the motorway I thought to myself: ‘Where are we going?’ I knew my brother was thinking the same thing because he asked the same question to my parents. They replied with
“You’ll see...”
and at that exact same moment I knew that I was doomed.
Leaving the motorway and entering Favona, that meant we were going to visit my grandma in Otara. Otara to me was great because I always got to smell the pleasant aromas happening outside. I still remember the smell of fish and chips as it hit me when the windows were rolled down. We finally reached our destination aka my grandma’s house. It was pretty unusual because the place wasn’t packed. Long story short, the visit was short. I found out we just went there to give fish to them.
As we left my grandma’s house we found out that Otara had a secret shortcut to my cousins living in Manurewa. So we stopped there to give some fish to them but ended up staying there until night. It was worth it though because we had a family bbq with lots of Island food and fizzy drink. After we finished eating, the kids had to do an item for the parents to watch as they ate. We just did the whip and nae nae because it was easy for the little kids to follow. The girls then separated from the boys and went into the room. They mostly just gossiped when I was playing colour switch.
Then, it was time to head home. In conclusion, it was alright… just kidding it, was awesome. That was the best long weekend ever. By long, I mean looooooooooooooooooooooong because this recount is only about Monday.
